Where Will We Get Our News From?

Posted in politics by roving on November 22, 2008

You have Chris Mathews saying its their job to help Obama. Why not just say it. Your going to lie, cover up, report only parts of the news with anything having to do with Obama’s presidency.

The way all the reporters and news anchors are all falling over themselves fawning over Obama is sickening. If they would watch themselves they would probably be red faced at how they are behaving.

Fox News was the last stop for fair and balanced. They too have begun the slippery slope of picking and choosing what stories to report. They were allegedly told to lighten up on Obama for the time being.

I stopped buying  my local paper a month before the so called election because of the bias and non reporting of the real news. I emailed them to let them know how I felt and told them maybe after the election I will start reading their paper again. Today was the first day since the election I read my local paper. They still disappointed me with the biased so I’m done for good with them.

You would think with the news media ratings falling and all the layoffs from the news print they would get a clue that maybe, just maybe we are doing a disservice to the people and we need to be fair and tell all.

Its no wonder a lot of people are clueless of what is happening around them if that is all they go by for news coverage.

The ones who do rely on other means of getting their news I only have three questions. How in the world after reading and seeing all that Obama has done, still vote for him? How do you shut out and ignore all he has done and said? Do you or do you not know what socialisum/communisum is?

Its a shame we have to double and triple check everything the news media reports because we can’t tell if they are reporting all the facts any longer.

I get all my news off the web from a dozen different sources now. It amazes me every day how the media tells a story then you get the real or the rest of the story from different sources from the web.

I know about NPR. They are a left leaning…Not someone I would call fair and balanced.

You would call NPR left leaning? They are one of the most balanced in my view. Sure if you listen to interviews they let those they are interviewing have their say, but they ask the questions…

NPR and PBS same thing. The problem is the questions they ask.
