Orly Taitz Talks To Justice Scalia
Orly Taitz had a face to face meeting with Justice Scalia and asked him a couple questions. The main thing that sticks out is, I get the impression the clerks are sabotaging the cases or Scalia is lying.
“Tell me what to do, what can I do, those soldiers can be court martialed for asking a legitimate question, who is the president, is he legitimate”. He said, bring the case, I’ll hear it, I don’t know about others. I asked, tell me what happened before, why Lightfoot v Bowen was not heard, what about Berg, Wrotnownski, Donofrio- he had a bewildered look on his face, he kept saying- I don’t know, I don’t remember, I don’t know, I don’t remember.
If Scalia is being truthful and doesn’t know, I hope he at the least investigates what is going on over there. Orly thinks he is telling the truth but I’m doubtful. How do you not remember something like that?
Senators And Congressmen Need To Take A Constitution Test
Our elected defenders of our constitution need to be required to take a constitution test before taking office. We can be fair and give them two shots at it to pass. If they fail the second time they need to resign. I say this because it has become very obvious since last spring they don’t know what is in it. They also seem to think they can just change it at will.
Hillary Clinton according to the constitution is not eligible to be Secretary of State. Its in there plain as day. Some thinking she has to take a pay cut makes her eligible. NOT!
Obama has a father who was in the United States on a student visa. Its also plain as day in the constitution BOTH parents need to be NATURAL BORN in order for Obama to run for president.
People writing to their congressmen and senators asking them about Obama’s birth certificate send back what I suspect is a pre-written form letters. One woman recieved a reply on FEB 5 stating President-elect Obama was legal. Oh, the senator also addressed her as Mr.
Her are some examples of just how uninformed and out of touch with reality these senators are:
“Thank you for contacting me with concerns about President-elect Barack Obama’s citizenship status,” wrote the office of David Vitter (R-Louisiana) to one request. “I appreciate hearing from you on this important issue.”
“Hawaii state officials have verified that President-elect Obama was born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961, making him a natural born citizen.” It ends with Vitter pledging to “continue to monitor this situation and any cases on this matter in our courts.”

Obama’s Goal
Since its obvious everyone in Washington, supreme court, news media, and a good chunk of the country knows Obama isn’t qualified to be president. Due to one, its very likely he wasn’t born in America and the other for sure is his father not being a natural born citizen, we are left wondering why there is such a massive cover-up.
The president of the senate on purpose never called for any objections during the counting of electoral votes. Justice Roberts isn’t some dolt who would have messed up giving the oaf by mistake. He knew there were going to be millions of people watching and I bet he practiced before giving it. I’m suspicious why during the second time of giving the oaf no film crew were allowed to witness it. Why only a recording and a couple of snapshots? Maybe some day it will be reveled why our constitution was allowed to be hijacked for one man.
My question right now is why does it seem Obama is purposely trying to wreak the economy and make the U.S. weaker? Is Obama some kind of super double agent raised to be the one to bring the U.S. to its knees?
Everyone with half a brain knows the Government can not create jobs. It has never worked before. Everyone knows socialism has never worked. Obama is making the situation worse by creating even more government bureaucracy. Taking money away from the taxpayer and giving it to the non taxpayer will not create one single job. Giving more money to the banks didn’t work last time. Why would it this time? Take a look at where most of the money will be going that he wants. Most have nothing to do with creating jobs.
If Obama and the republicans were really serious about starting the economy right away, they would have given the American people the 750 billion dollar stimulus package. Not the banks. But yet again, we tax payers aren’t smart enough or deserve our own money back.
Obama’s job right now, and its a classic communist way of thinking, is to make us dependent on him. This will backfire on Obama and will bring the country down to even a worse financial mess.
So, my thoughts are, since Obama KNOWS he is not eligible to be president, he will make it impossible to be re-elected. He knows some states may require proof of eligibility and since he can not provide it he will have to drop out. His popularity will be so low, it will give him a good excuse.
The media as hard as they are trying can not continually cover for Obama without losing the last shred of credibility they have.
The real news has gone under ground for people wanting to learn the truth of whats happening around them as the media are reporting less and less of the truth and not covering stories that would be embarrassing for Obama.
Obama seems to be trying to fail on purpose and if he keeps doing what he is doing, he will succeed. He may go down as the worst prime minister but he will have suceeded in his one or two goals. Bringing down a super power or having played the biggest joke in history and getting away with it. Or both.

I responded and am waiting to see if they make contact again. I won’t say who it is because that is up to them to decide whether or not to support us or go public, but I felt encouraged about the inquiry. I think this person is very sincere and interested and if they get involved, I think we can break through the media blackout on this mess. God help us if we can’t resolve this in the courts. It will sure be terrible if we can’t do this peacefully and it erupts into a full fledged Civil War, which I fear so much for our country. We must save our Constitution! Obamacrimes.

Future “Pretend” Rulings Of The Supreme Court
I don’t know about the rest of the country but when the supreme court makes future rulings they will feel moot to me. Yes, we will have to follow all laws the courts hand down but the best way to describe it for me is, all future decisions wont feel right. Like we are pretending we still have a constitution. If they were serious, they would follow the whole thing. Not ignore certain parts of the constitution.Its a fact Obama’s father was not born in the United States. The whole world knows this and yet all our congressmen, all our senators, all the supreme court justices ignored it. How are we to take them seriously in the future?
Obama thinks he won by a landslide when actually it was only something like 25% of the whole country who voted for him. Obama thinking over half the country voted for him is his first mistake.
I don’t know if Roberts messed up giving the oaf of office on purpose. I couldn’t bring myself to watch it so I wasn’t able to see expressions. I heard it on the radio. If he somehow thinks that will excuse him in the future when or if Obama is found to be the fraud he is, I will still have no respect for the man. All future rulings and opinions will mean nothing to me.
Obama was the first to spit on the graves of the millions who have died for our country and one by one our leaders in Washington along with the justices, walked by and left their own spit.
When I saw the picture of Obama standing at the the tomb of the unknown soldier the first thought I had was get away from there. You have no right.
Somehow I feel less free now and I get a knot in my stomach every time I think of Obama sitting in the White House.
Obama halts Bush’s Executive Order
Well that was quick. Seems Obama may be worried that he will be found out and IS from Kenya. To bad Bush didn’t put the executive order out sooner.
Yahoo News WASHINGTON – One of President Barack Obama‘s first acts Tuesday was to put the brakes on all pending regulations that the Bush administration tried to push through in its waning days.
The order went out shortly after Obama was inaugurated president, in a memorandum signed by new White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel.
Former President George W. Bush‘s administration moved into overdrive in the last year or so on a host of new regulatory proposals. Now the Obama administration will review everything that is still pending.
I wish to thank Rush, Hannity, levin, the news media, and the supreme court for the cowardly way you all have acted and now we have a illegal president who is going to pull every trick in the book to make sure he stays in office.
Is there not even one true American in the congress and senate who has the guts to stand up and say enough is enough? My congressman and senator has already lost my vote. Bastards. Every single on of you.
This man can commit crime after crime and not one person who is able, will even attempt to stop him. COWARDS!

how many of you picked up on what Phil said on tonight’s radio show about the FOIA confirming Barry never had an American passport under the name of Barack Obama until hsi diplomatic passport issued as a US Senator? Do you understand and comprehend the enormity of that announcement? Do you all realize what it means? I can tell you now that is one part of several pieces of good news we had the other day that I hinted at and could not reveal. That information confirms Barry had to renew an Indonesian passport to go to Pakistan in 81. That means Barry swore an Oath of Allegiance to Indonesia and had to renounce all other allegiances to get that passport. This is independent confirmation of information we’ve had and from OUR OWN State Department, Barry couldn’t go to Pakistan on an American passport if he didn’t have one.
There are so many amazing pieces of good news coming in. I wish I could tell you all about it. I will say this, I am skeptical of the announcement Barry will be served with papers to block his swearing in tomorrow, but it’s not inconceivable in light of other information I have heard today. Again, I have no way to verify anything except that which we have obtained certified documents.
I may have some very interesting information for everyone tomorrow. Tune in. Hehehe

The Birth Certificate Controversy Will Never End
Rush, Hannity, all other so called conservative radio hosts, along with the news media. This controversy will never end until Obama produces his birth certificate. As far as I’m concerned, you all are just as guilty as ACORN and illegal campaign contributors in helping the election of Obama.
What possible controversy is there in asking Obama to release his birth certificate, medical records, senate papers, and college papers? This is routinely done in a all campaigns. What is it about Obama that he deserved the free pass?

This from Dr. Joseph Osoo quoted in the WTPnews. “Kenyans are very happy because their son is going to be the leader of America.” I hope the good doctor and his family survives the day.
Even the fact Obama’s father IS NOT a natural born citizen disqualifies him from being president. How did it happen that part of the constitution has been ignored? Well, since it has been ignored, we now want to see the birth certificate.
Why is it Obama uses the courts to force others to release records yet he fights it and the courts seem to side with him? If the Obama supporters think now that Obama has been sworn in this whole thing will go away, think again.

Bush’s Executive Order
A couple days ago Bush signed a executive order and some are excited thinking its a way to get at Obama. I’m not a lawyer and its pretty much gibberish to me. it can be seen at Country First

On plains radio Dr Mike Ritz,State Congressman from OK..and Patriot, called the Ed Hale Show tonight. he asked that any federal employee to please call Ed Hale or Caren at Plains (806.447.0270)..they will be put in contact with Congressman Mike Ritz! He would not give any info out except that this was urgent..that the executive order issued by President Bush..Friday Jan. 16th gave an opening to pin Obama with information they have but it can only be accessed by a federal employee and it needs to be accomplished by 11:59 am EST, on Tues. Jan. 20 because 5 min after taking office Obama will revoke it. There is also a congresswoman Blackburn who could possibly become involved.
There are crimes in that executive order Obama has committed. The drug use, going behind Bush’s back in Iraq, campaigning for his cousin in Kenya while in the senate. Both felonies.
People are thinking this is Bush’s going away present. Lets hope so…

Will George W. Bush end up being the last true US President? Increasingly, it seems that he just may. As lawsuits against President-elect Barack Hussein Obama—questioning his US citizenship—continue to grow, he ever more adamantly continues his refusal to produce his real, viable and original birth certificate. Note: Obama’s supposed Hawaiian birth certificate is issued to those born outside of the USA who move to Hawaii. In fact, Hawaii issues “Certifications of Live Birth” to those who are foreign born. This is the same document that Obama and his team claim is his birth certificate.
Now, another ugly issue is rising within the Obama-minions’ camp. As I warned you on multiple times prior to the 2008 General Election, “once Obama is elected, we won’t be able to get rid of him.” Tragically, this warning is now being realized. Not only has Obama established his election-fraud organization—ACORN—nationwide, his adherents have now begun the process to repeal the US Constitution’s 22nd Amendment. This amendment sets term limits for US presidents. And Obama still plans to set up his national police force that he wants to be as large and well-funded as the US military. Note: Hitler and Stalin used their police forces to crush all of their opposition and Hitler employed his Gestapo to also round up, arrest and exterminate German Jews. One of today’s current national police forces is called Hezbollah.
So, with election-fraud units firmly in place, no term limits and his personal police to forcibly enforce his will upon the masses, Obama will likely never be voted from the office of POTUS. Only those who have lost the ability to see and/or hear do not recognize this increasing and eventually ultimate danger. To add insult to injury, during these current times of economic disaster—brought on by Obama and his Democrat friends—Obama’s inaugural ceremonies are reported and planned to exceed $150M! Dec. 9 Schwarzenegger Has Lawyers In Washington Then Jan 15 Speech.
Dec. 9 Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly has lawyers on Capital Hill pushing the Obama citizenship case forward towards a precedent setting change in the Constitution. Unlike right wing Republicans, Schwarzenegger wants Obama to ultimately be victorious in front of the Supreme Court if they should choose to hear a case questioning whether or not Barack Obama can be sworn in even though he may have been technically born in Kenya before being certified as a citizen in Hawaii.
The Gubbernator sees common cause (temporarily) with those that would keep Obama from taking office, hoping that the question of fact in Obama’s birth will be admitted and that he will be allowed to be sworn in anyway.
That would create the legal precedent allowing a person not Natural Born in America to run for President. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to be that next President and with Palin and Huckabee currently polling in the lead for the Republican nomination, Arnold could knock them out like an extra pointing a gun at him in a cheap action thriller.
So the question is, what exactly are Arnold’s lawyers doing in Washington????
Well, that’s where things get interesting. Apparently, they are seeking out a key witness in the Obama case. There are two issues at play. One is a question of fact, was Obama born in Kenya. The other is a question of Constitutional crisis. Can a person born in Kenya and elected by the electoral college serve as President or will he have to relinquish the job to Joseph Biden.

Should Our Representatives Be Held Responsible?
I have written to my congressman and senator about Obama’s eligibility and asked them to stand up for a our Constitution and I never received a reply. I have seen the responses they have sent to others that have questioned their own representatives and they more or less are calling them nuts even though in my heart I know they know.
Sooner or later it will come out Obama should have never ran for office. Nothing like this can be hid forever and Obama can’t cover all his tracks even though he had many years head start.
So far all courts and the supreme court for their own reasons have decided to ignore parts of the constitution which also confuses me. I would assume someone wanting to be a supreme court justice lives and breaths the constitution would follow it no matter what. The way the judges are treating the constitution, it feels cheapen. How can they continue pretending to be keepers of the constitution and ignore some parts of it? Think about the millions of Americans who have died for the constitution. Its a disgrace.
As for our Senators and Congressmen, what do we do with them when the truth comes out? Should they be charged with a crime, made to resign or nothing happens and the people just doesn’t vote for them the next time around?
I think I’ll write to my congressman and senator and ask them what they think should happen to them.
